Thumb Grabs

JDE thumb grabs are a simple but effective excavator tool for lifting, moving & placing.

Whether it’s building a wall, loading logs or heaping bushes our JDE thumb grabs will you leave you safely in control of your load from the operators seat.

JDE thumbs are mounted onto the back of the dipper arm and the hoses connected onto your hammer lines. Get more out of your digger and take the hardship out of those labour intensive jobs.

Hydraulic Grabs

The JDE hydraulic grab range provides you with four differen options.

All grabs within the range are available with full rotation or as a fixed hydraulic option.

A four way multi-pin headstock can be added to any of our fixed hydraulic options allowing the grab to be picked up in any direction.

All JDE grabs operate using hardened replaceable bushings and pins.

Finger Demolition Grabs: for the toughest of jobs our finger demolition grabs have been our most popular grab for 15 years. Load holding valves ensure maximum grip at all times. A replaceable bucket tooth on the end of each leg make it ideal for stone wall building, timber handling, demolition, bushes etc. as well as ensuring no damage to the end of the leg. All JDE-06 models will come with a hydraulic brake built into the rotating motor.

Selector Grab: ideal for material handling, rubble separation, kerbing & house stripping the selector grab with its bolt on cutting edge allows you to sort through different materials with precise control.

Biomass/Timber Grab: Our Biomass/Timber grab is a very popular attachment. With its heavy reinforced legs it is designed to release all brash and bushes immediately avoiding clogging like traditional timber grabs.

Heavy Duty Hydraulic Grab: this simple but powerful design gives the operator a robust tool for handling bolders, root pulling, tree felling, site waste management etc. Each closed box section leg is internally reinforced and finished with a hardox cutting edge
